The Caregiver/Personal Care Specialist role at Senior Helpers involves providing essential support to seniors in their homes, ensuring they maintain dignity and quality of life. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
• Assist with personal care
• Provide companionship
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned

Requirements

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors
• Ability to communicate effectively with seniors and their families
• Willingness to assist with personal care and daily living activities

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in caregiving or personal care
• Certification in CPR or First Aid
