The Caregiver Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist is a crucial member of our team, responsible for attracting, hiring, and onboarding top-notch caregivers who embody our values of compassion, respect, and service excellence. We are looking for someone who approaches their role with the same enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commitment to exceeding expectations that Disney brings to its guests. Your primary goal is to create a memorable and seamless experience for caregivers from the first interaction through their onboarding journey, setting them up for success in delivering outstanding care to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process by actively sourcing, interviewing, and selecting caregivers who demonstrate empathy, a positive attitude, and a passion for caregiving.
  • Ensure every candidate's experience with 1776 Senior Care feels personalized, valued, and memorable, from the initial contact through onboarding.
  • Design and execute an engaging, informative, and seamless onboarding process that equips caregivers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to provide exceptional care.
  • Embody and promote the values of 1776 Senior Care, serving as an enthusiastic advocate for the organization's mission and culture to potential caregivers.
  • Strive to go above and beyond at every step, ensuring caregivers feel supported, appreciated, and excited to join the 1776 Senior Care family.
  • Foster strong, positive relationships with caregivers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, creating a supportive environment where caregivers feel like valued members of our team.
  • Seek feedback and refine recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure we are always delivering a 'Disney-like' experience that delights and exceeds expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of caregiver credentials, training, and compliance requirements, ensuring all standards are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources, preferably within the healthcare or senior care industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to connect with and support caregivers.
  • A creative and energetic approach to problem-solving, with a focus on creating positive experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
