About the position

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers in the Scottsdale area to provide essential support to individuals with daily living activities. This role involves assisting clients with personal care, mobility, and emotional support, ensuring a safe and clean environment while adhering to healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring clients as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare staff, including nurses and direct support professionals, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
• Experience in group home settings or assisted living environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice care protocols is a plus.
• Ability to lift and assist clients safely while maintaining their dignity.
• Familiarity with developing and following care plans effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for building rapport with clients.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy.

• Experience in hospice care is a plus.
