About the position
Bonaventure of Woodland is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as Caregivers. This role is essential in providing personal care assistance to seniors, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The position offers paid training, making it accessible for those without prior experience, and emphasizes the importance of compassionate care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and incontinence care.
- Answering resident call lights in a timely manner.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to residents, their families, vendors, and outside providers.
- Administering medications as prescribed.
- Completing daily charting on residents.
- Inputting medication orders into the Medication Administration Record (MAR).
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- CPR Certification preferred.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus, but not required.
