About the position

As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one personal care to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and safety in their homes. This role involves building meaningful relationships with clients, assisting with daily activities, and making a positive impact on their lives and the lives of their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their homes.
• Engage in fun and meaningful conversations with clients to build relationships.
• Participate in clients' favorite hobbies such as scrapbooking, gardening, and games.
• Prepare meals for clients to enjoy.
• Assist clients with walking, dressing, and other daily living activities.
• Report on activities completed with clients and provide updates on their physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
