About the position

The Caregiver position at Fieldstone Communities involves providing hands-on quality care to residents, addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on quality care to residents.
• Support the physical, mental, and emotional needs of each resident.
• Follow the activities of daily living as per individual care plans.
• Report changes and observations regarding residents' needs and preferences.
• Take vital signs and residents' weights.
• Adhere to standard precautions and safe work practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current WA State CNA/HCA license in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Current First Aid and CPR card.
• Maintain a current Food Handlers card.
• Pass a Criminal Background and fingerprint check.
