Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship, conversation, and help with hobbies and leisure activities.
• Transport and accompany clients to their appointments.
• Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping duties.
• Give medication reminders.
• Collaborate with the client's care team to provide updates and report important health changes.

Requirements

• Experience as a home health aide, caregiver, registered nursing assistant, or personal care assistant is strongly preferred.
• A genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of clients.
• Willingness to learn new skills to better the lives of clients.
• High level of reliability to be punctual and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned.
