About the position

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need, particularly those with dementia and other disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Follow care plans and ensure the well-being of clients

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in dementia care, social work, assisted living, senior care, memory care, working with people with disabilities
• Ability to perform caregiving duties with empathy and patience
• Knowledge of vital signs monitoring
• Understanding of resident rights and confidentiality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
