About the position

A Better Solution is seeking qualified and skilled caregivers (PCAs) to provide essential personal care services to seniors in Summerlin and the surrounding areas. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $14 per hour, with opportunities for job growth and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review client care plans and assist with activities of daily living including meals, ambulating, positioning, and turning as required.
• Document caregiving activities by completing necessary forms and reports.
• Protect and honor clients' rights during care.
• Provide potential client transportation as required, ensuring valid driver's license and insurance are maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience with seniors.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid background check and fingerprints.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Current TB test.
