About the position

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in their homes, enabling them to live happy, healthy, and independent lives. This role emphasizes building relationships with clients and delivering tailored care based on individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference by providing reliable, personalized, one-on-one care
• Assist clients with dressing, personal care needs, and hygiene
• Assist with medication reminders
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and changing bed linens
• Assist with meal preparation, meal planning, or grocery shopping
• Assist with mobility restrictions to prevent falls and ensure safety
• Assist with transportation needs
• Provide companionship and social engagement
• Establish communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers

Requirements

• Must be reliable, compassionate, and caring
• No experience required; training will be provided
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Must authorize a national background check
