We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
• Help with medication reminders.
• Support individuals with dementia care.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Respect resident rights and promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Document daily activities and any changes in client condition or behavior accurately.

Requirements

• Strong cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements.
• Experience in home care settings or long-term care facilities is preferred.
• Understanding of dementia care principles and techniques for effective communication with clients experiencing cognitive challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to work independently.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
