About the position

As a SONIC Drive-In Carhop, you will play a crucial role in delivering a friendly and fast experience to every customer. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer receives their orders promptly and accurately, while also providing exceptional service that leaves them satisfied. You will be the face of SONIC, engaging with customers and creating moments of magic through your interactions. Your menu genius skills will come into play as you help customers navigate the various drink combinations and menu items available, ensuring they have a delightful experience. Additionally, your ability to resolve customer concerns will be key in maintaining a positive atmosphere and ensuring repeat visits. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
