About the position

As a Carhop at SONIC Drive-In, you will be part of a unique team responsible for delivering a fun and friendly experience to guests while providing excellent service. This role involves taking orders, preparing drinks and treats, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a warm, friendly and fast experience to every guest
• Taking orders and ensuring order accuracy
• Preparing drinks and ice cream treats
• Packaging all menu items and checking for product quality and consistency
• Resolving customer concerns to guarantee satisfaction
• Maintaining a stocked work station
• Cleaning the drive-in restaurant, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops, and sanitizing food areas

Requirements

• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
• Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
