The Caring Personal Care Assistant/Caregiver role at Right at Home West Los Angeles is designed for individuals who are dedicated to helping clients maintain their independence in their homes. Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients through conversation and activities.
• Assist clients with meal preparation and cleanup.
• Help clients with personal hygiene activities such as bathing and dressing.
• Drive clients to doctor's appointments and assist with note-taking during visits.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during care activities.

Requirements

• Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) license or willingness to obtain one.
• Recent TB test and CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respond promptly to messages.
• Commitment to working with the elderly and providing compassionate care.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overnights.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of experience in caregiving or personal care assistance.
• Experience in meal preparation and household tasks.
