Carpenter Helper

About the position

The Carpenter Helper position at Haskell involves assisting carpenters in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures made from various materials. This role is part of the Construction & Manufacturing Team, which supports all delivery groups across the company and is responsible for field management personnel. Responsibilities

• Cut pre-marked materials or fixtures as directed by the carpenter.
• Load, transport, and furnish materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clean the work area and restock materials as needed.
• Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing materials during installation.
• Perform minor maintenance or cleaning of tools and equipment.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembly work above ground level.
• Carry out routine tasks as directed by an experienced craftsperson.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to follow specific directions and perform varied tasks.
• Capable of working accurately within a set procedure.
