About the position
Trillium is seeking skilled Commercial Carpenters to join our team in Faribault, Minnesota. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $30 per hour, depending on experience, with the expectation of 40+ hours of work per week from Monday through Friday. The work is anticipated to continue through the summer, with the potential for long-term employment opportunities for the right candidates. As a Commercial Carpenter, you will be responsible for various carpentry tasks, including framing, installation of structures and fixtures, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with other construction professionals and may be required to follow specific project plans and blueprints. Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry work including framing, installation of structures and fixtures, and finishing work.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of construction experience.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
