About The Position
ASRC Federal NetCentric Technology, LLC is seeking a Carpenter Maintenance to support ongoing activities under the Kirtland AFB Engineering Operations Services (KEOS) contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Carpenter Maintenance performs general inspection, repair, and general maintenance of building exterior and interior to preserve integrity of water seal, and energy conservation. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities including but not limited to ensuring that all structural work complies with Kirtland AFB Design Guide Standards and federal, state, and local building codes. The Carpenter Maintenance will respond to customer service calls in a timely and efficient manner, troubleshoot and perform repairs as needed, and complete necessary documentation in accordance with the company's processes and the customer's service requirements. Communication with central dispatch, Carpenter Lead, and shop supervisor on current work order status is essential, as well as participating in an after-hours on-demand service program.
