The Carpenter position at Huntington Development, LLC involves constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures. This full-time, temporary role is seasonal and is available from April 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Responsibilities

• Construct, erect, install, or repair structures and fixtures made of wood and comparable materials.
• Install cabinets, hardware, siding, windows, trim, and flooring using hand or power tools.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials.
• Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
• Assemble and fasten materials using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
• Finish surfaces of woodwork.

Requirements

• 3 months of experience as a Carpenter helper is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
