Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of behavior data, analyze progress, and adjust intervention strategies accordingly.
• Implement positive reinforcement techniques to motivate and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure a coordinated approach to student support.
• Infuse creativity and innovation into daily activities to make learning enjoyable.

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with special needs, autism, or related developmental disorders.
• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Nice-to-haves
