This position involves assisting with light carpentry tasks at an apartment community in Seabrook, NH. Responsibilities

• Hanging 5-6 closet doors and painting them.
• Installing pass-knobs on single-hung interior doors.
• Servicing strike-plates on locking knobs and deadbolts on entry doors.
• Performing some painting tasks.
• Installing baseboards and filling nail-holes with caulking.
• Hanging vertical blinds.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry and related tasks.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Familiarity with using a chisel.
