About the position
This position involves full-time, year-round employment focused on home improvement services, specifically in bathtub and shower installations. The role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and proper cleanup after installations.
Responsibilities
- Meet at the warehouse at 6:30 AM to gather materials and load company trucks.
- Drive to customers' homes and establish rapport with them.
- Complete controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area.
- Install new bathtub/shower pan and acrylic wall surround, updating plumbing as needed.
- Show extreme attention to detail and care for the customer's home by properly cleaning up after installation.
- Obtain necessary signed documents and payment from the customer, and return to the warehouse.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a strong desire to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
