About the position

As a Carrier Account Manager at Spectrum Enterprise, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for a select group of Carrier accounts. Your role will focus on consultative sales techniques to position Spectrum Enterprise as the preferred consultant for clients' technology needs, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience through tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement successful strategies for Carrier accounts.
  • Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Drive revenue by providing a consultative client needs analysis and executing the account strategy.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities by monitoring developments within designated accounts.
  • Achieve maximum sales volume through detailed execution of approved account development strategies.
  • Design, develop, and present sales proposals to resolve client business challenges.
  • Broaden the reach of Spectrum Enterprise services and secure contract renewals by cultivating relationships with new and existing contacts.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of sales experience exceeding revenue quota.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacity and fiber connected networks.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational development, business analysis, and English communication skills.
  • Proven leadership ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.

Nice-to-haves

  • Three or more years of experience exceeding revenue quotas selling data, voice, or video solutions in the telecommunications industry.
