This position is pivotal in managing a team of 5-7 sales representatives who are strategically located across the country to support various territories. The Sales Director will report directly to the Vice President of USA Carrier Sales and will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and achieving business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales process and executing go-to-market campaigns, ensuring that the sales team is well-equipped to meet the demands of the market. This role is eligible for a remote work schedule, providing flexibility while maintaining a strong focus on team management and sales strategy execution. In this position, the Sales Director will actively engage in key strategic opportunities, fostering relationships with both customers and manufacturers to drive business growth. The role requires a hands-on approach to developing, training, and managing the sales team, ensuring that each member is aligned with the company's sales goals and objectives. The Sales Director will be tasked with building and managing a robust sales pipeline, setting clear sales goals and quotas for team members, and accurately forecasting sales performance.
