Total Communications is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Carrier Services division. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by acquiring new business and managing client relationships. The Account Executive will be responsible for building a robust sales funnel through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and meeting with potential clients to provide expert advice on telecom and data network carrier options that align with their specific needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the telecommunications landscape and be able to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to clients. In this position, the Account Executive will consistently develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and qualified prospects, aiming to achieve monthly quota goals. This involves not only selling Total Communications' key carrier service solutions from our strategic partners, including Comcast, Windstream, Ring Central, Frontier, Cox, AT&T, and 8×8, but also ensuring a seamless account management process. The Account Executive will supervise all phases of the sales cycle, from initial contact through installation and integration of client-centric solutions, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded. The role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to win business through effective communication and relationship-building. The Account Executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate account creation, revenue forecasting, and qualification in our CRM system, ensuring that all relevant information is updated as needed.
