About the position
As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers have a positive experience from the moment they arrive at the store. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and transporting them into the store, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the shopping carts. This position requires a positive attitude and the ability to work in various weather conditions, as you will be outside gathering carts. You will be part of a team that values customer service and strives to create a welcoming environment for all shoppers. The role may also involve operating equipment to assist in moving carts efficiently and ensuring that the cart area is organized and tidy. This is a full-time or part-time position with available shifts including mid-shift and closing, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hours per week. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16 to $22, with additional performance incentives and premiums available based on specific criteria.
