About the position

The Carwash/Gas Attendant at Walmart is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the car wash and gas station area, and assisting customers with their needs. This role involves communicating membership benefits, processing transactions, and ensuring a safe shopping environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members.
• Provides Customer/Member service by acknowledging the Customer/Member and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains the car wash/gas station area by cleaning and organizing.
• Handles claims and returns, zoning the area, and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Operates equipment, such as cash registers, to process customer purchases.
• Maintains Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and provides products and services to Customers.
