Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by leading by example and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily operations, including staffing, quality checks, and administrative tasks.
• Lead, manage, and supervise employees, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance performance.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment aligned with Waterway's culture and values.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met throughout the store.

Requirements

• Current and valid driver's license.
• Must have an associate's degree or above, or at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Available to work a retail schedule of 5 of 7 days, including weekends and holidays.
• At least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the US.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in professional sales (B2B or B2C) or military leadership.
