The Assessor Coordinator is responsible for conducting thorough assessments to determine the level of care needs for adults with disabilities. This full-time position is primarily remote, requiring some in-person work and weekend availability. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the level of care needs for adults with disabilities.
  • Work with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate care needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services required.
  • One year of experience conducting assessments with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheet and database software, Email, and Word.
