About the position
The Case Analyst Auditor is responsible for maintaining case records in an automated system, ensuring compliance with bankruptcy rules and best practices. This role involves reviewing incoming documents, inputting and updating data, performing audits, processing claims, and handling phone inquiries, all while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Inputting and updating data, including delinquencies and hearing notes.
- Performing audits and monitoring case progression to assess feasibility.
- Processing claims and other document changes, including payoff quotes.
- Tracking outstanding checks and issues related to closing documents.
- Handling phone inquiries and completing additional assigned tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least four years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with data entry and automated systems.
