About the position

The Case Management Administrative Supervisor at Basecamp Recovery LLC is responsible for overseeing the case management departments across various locations. This role focuses on supporting daily operations, monitoring staff performance, and enhancing service delivery. The supervisor will provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the case management team while ensuring compliance with agency policies and ethical standards. The position requires strong leadership and mentoring skills, along with a solid understanding of case management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee case management departments at various locations.
  • Support daily operations and monitor staff performance.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the case management team.
  • Collaborate with CM leadership to implement strategic goals aligned with the organization's mission.
  • Maintain professional relationships with patients and staff, ensuring compliance with agency policies and ethical standards.
  • Provide quality substance use and mental health intervention services using a Strengths-Based Model.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and community resources, making necessary referrals for additional support.
  • Maintain a structured case management system, including assessments, goal setting, and monitoring service delivery.
  • Prepare timely documentation and keep well-organized, confidential case records.
  • Ensure caseload coverage during emergencies and assist with group case management as needed.
  • Participate in weekly individual and group supervision and required meetings, facilitating daily CM huddles.
  • Stay updated on new treatment strategies through training and seminars.
  • Engage in Quality Improvement activities and conduct peer reviews.
  • Report and resolve issues within Case Management with the Director, meeting weekly for supervision.
  • Provide administrative supervision and training for CM staff weekly.
  • Manage incentive distribution for patients alongside the Director.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or higher in the behavioral health field or relevant field.
  • Active CDCA, LCDC-II or LCDC-III license.
  • 1 year or more in a leadership role.
  • 3 years in a case manager or support staff role is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain NPI number.
