Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in case management or a similar role within the mental health field.
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and its implications for client care.
• Familiarity with gender issues counseling and sensitivity to diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in case management.
