About The Position
The Case Management Specialist at Centinela Youth Services, Inc. is responsible for providing comprehensive strengths-based case management services to youth involved in or at risk of being involved in the juvenile justice system. This role focuses on conducting assessments, developing individualized service plans, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
