About the position

The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of their designated department, which may include functions such as human resources, customer service, and limited sales management. This role involves directing a team, ensuring quality service, managing human resources matters, and complying with safety regulations. The supervisor may also engage in case management activities and oversee clinical operations depending on the qualifications of the unit manager.

Responsibilities

  • Direct a designated group of employees in their day-to-day operations
  • Ensure quality of service provided
  • Manage human resources matters related to the department
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance
  • Comply with safety rules and regulations during work hours
  • Travel overnight and attend meetings as required
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews of reports, invoices, logs, and expenses
  • Oversee limited marketing and sales activities
  • Supervise case management clinical activities as needed
  • Perform case management responsibilities based on qualifications

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma/Associates degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Current RN licensure in the state of operation
  • 3 or more years of recent clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation
  • National certification (CRC, CIRS, CCRN, CVE, CCM, etc.), CCM preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in management or supervision
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities under pressure
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office, including Excel
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and results-focused
