About the position

The Case Manager position at ICAN-B involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients in various counties. This part-time role is ideal for individuals pursuing or completing a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, offering supervision and training from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The position allows for the acquisition of supervision hours necessary for the BCBA exam at no cost, making it a valuable opportunity for professional growth in the field of ABA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision to assigned clients
  • Provide parent training
  • Manage cases including reports, program creation, stimuli creation, and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise behavior technicians and provide them with a strong support system
  • Continuously monitor and analyze client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly

Requirements

  • RBT Certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the field of ABA
  • Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance and health screenings
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience/exposure with ABA, DTT, PRT, PECS, NET, and DR procedures
  • Spanish speaking ability
