About the position

The Case Manager (Bilingual) at Dynamic Service Solutions is responsible for coordinating case management and ensuring the safe and timely release of unaccompanied children (UC) in compliance with Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) policies. This role involves creating effective systems for performance excellence, facilitating interdisciplinary coordination, and advocating for the needs of youth while maintaining accountability and fidelity to program components. The Case Manager will also engage in public speaking and training, ensuring that all services provided are documented and meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate case management and release services for unaccompanied children.
  • Conduct intake interviews to determine children's requirements for therapeutic evaluations.
  • Collaborate with program administrators to maintain consistent programming and treatment design.
  • Establish treatment programs by coordinating services and arranging necessary resources.
  • Monitor cases by verifying attendance and evaluating treatment responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and treatment plans.
  • Communicate children's progress through interdisciplinary meetings and evaluations.
  • Prepare discharge plans and coordinate post-discharge requirements for families.
  • Study and redesign processes to improve treatment results.
  • Prepare reports by analyzing treatment data and trends.
  • Advocate for timely completion of specialized services for youth.
  • Provide training for case aides on responsibilities and policy updates.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal documentation requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments and programs.
  • Develop emotional intelligence and model trauma-informed practices for youth and families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Human Services, or a related field.
  • 2 years of progressive employment experience as a case manager.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
  • Knowledge of ORR policies and procedures regarding unaccompanied children.

Nice-to-haves

  • Additional degree or coursework in related fields.
  • Experience with HHS and ORR programs.
