With a strong commitment to our clients, we strive to provide compassionate and effective legal representation to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve. We are currently seeking a Case Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate for this role will have pre-litigation personal injury experience and will play a crucial role in managing cases independently. The Case Manager Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to clients, including assessment, goal setting, and the implementation of action plans. The role requires reviewing and analyzing medical records, preparing files for submission to demand, conducting initial client interviews to gather information about the incident and injuries sustained, and drafting legal documents for attorney review.
