About the position

As a Personal Injury Case Manager at our law firm, you will be instrumental in assisting clients through their personal injury claims. This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the legal process, and ensuring their needs are met while managing all aspects of personal injury claims from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on the progress of their cases, answer their questions, and provide emotional support.
• Oversee and manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain accurate case documentation, including medical records, police reports, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with attorneys and investigators to gather evidence, interview witnesses, and build a strong case.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in personal injury law or case management
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in legal software and case management tools (e.g., case management software, Microsoft Office)
