About the position

The Case Manager Supervisor at Pinnacle Services is responsible for leading a team of Case Managers, managing health plans, and overseeing County Contracts. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to improving the lives of clients through innovative practices. Responsibilities

• Attend County meetings.
• Assist in the training of new Case Managers and supervisors.
• Provide support to Case Manager Captains (supervisors) as their immediate supervisor.
• Assure completion of department goals.
• Assure contract and licensing compliance.
• Contribute to business development.
• Remain up to date on policy and procedural changes.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited four-year college with a major in social work, psychology, sociology, or a closely related field.
• Graduate from an accredited four-year college with a major in any field and one year of experience as a social worker/case manager/care coordinator in a public or private social service agency.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in social services, preferably in case management services.
• 2+ years' experience with waivered Case Management (CADI, DD, AC/EW).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record as determined by Pinnacle Services policy.
• Vehicle covered with current insurance.
• Successfully clear local and/or state background checks.

Nice-to-haves
