About the position

The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing counselors and psychological services, ensuring quality evaluations and services for program participants. This role involves establishing liaisons with consulting staff, providing psychotherapy, monitoring compliance with legal and accreditation standards, and participating in program development. The supervisor will also manage staff, including recruitment and performance evaluations, while ensuring the delivery of comprehensive training for clinical staff and program participants.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee counselors and psychological services.
  • Ensure quality psychological evaluations and services for program participants.
  • Establish liaisons with consulting staff and mentors for coordinated service delivery.
  • Consult with treatment teams and psychological staff on assessments and interpretations.
  • Provide individual and family psychotherapy as needed.
  • Assess and assign intakes; monitor daily census and referral sources.
  • Review documentation for compliance with corporate and legal requirements.
  • Participate in meetings regarding program development and policies.
  • Assemble program statistics for reporting and billing documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide consultation as needed.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention procedures and oversee quality assurance.
  • Assist in overall program management and staff direction in the absence of the Program Director.
  • Oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, and scheduling for mentors.
  • Make decisions on employee hires, transfers, and promotions.
  • Resolve employee problems within position responsibilities.
  • Ensure development of comprehensive training for clinical staff and program participants.

Requirements

  • Master's degree required.
  • Three years of related experience with one year in clinical supervision.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources.
  • Demonstrated skills in motivating teams and driving results to meet goals.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
