As a Case Manager - Vocational Specialist at Telecare Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Under direct supervision, you will serve as a primary support and case manager, assisting clients in living as independently as possible within their chosen communities. The position is full-time, with shifts available from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
