About the position

The Case Manager is responsible for evaluating the needs of low-income participants and developing tailored case management plans to assist them in overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field required.
  • One (1) year experience in a human services related field.
  • Social worker license preferred.
