The Case Manager at NiteLines USA plays a vital role in providing comprehensive case management services to a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, children, and older adults. This full-time position is based in Clayton County and involves working closely with foster care systems, ensuring that clients receive the necessary support and guidance to achieve family permanency goals. The role requires a strong commitment to travel for client visits and offers a competitive pay rate of $33.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal staffing and testify in court proceedings
• Document all case-related contacts accurately and timely
• Conduct monthly in-person visits with foster children and engage with foster parents
• Maintain monthly contact with parents and service providers
• Collaborate with caregivers to expedite family permanency goals
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and safety plans
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients
• Provide mentoring and guidance to individuals facing challenges
• Perform supervisory duties as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required
• Experience in workforce development, social services, or related fields preferred
• Proficiency in Medicare regulations and Section 8 housing programs
• Strong crisis management skills and experience in addiction counseling
• Familiarity with child welfare systems and practices
• Ability to conduct motivational interviewing sessions effectively
• Prior experience in supervising staff or managing cases is a plus
