Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities.

• Assist clients in accessing necessary services and resources.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and at least three years of experience in mental health.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services and one year of experience preferred.
• Valid and clean NY State driver's license.
• Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
