About the position
The Case Manager position at Legal Tax Defense is a full-time role focused on providing tax resolution services. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong customer service skills. This role requires managing a heavy case load and making sound decisions based on client information and tax agency communications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial situation and make sound decisions based on information provided by the clients and the Tax Agencies
- Call the IRS and other Tax Agencies to request and verify information such as Compliance
- Read and Understand transcripts (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and attention to detail
- Manage and Prioritize Cases depending on the complexity and quantity
- Other duties upon request
- Tax Preparation is a plus
Requirements
- Case management experience of at least 1 year in Tax Relief (preferred)
- Heavy call experience
- Ability to multi-task and work quickly and accurately
- Strong customer service focus
- Dependable and reliable
