About the position

The Case Picker position at RJW Logistics involves operating forklifts and handling freight in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to handle freight inbound and outbound.
• Maintain an orderly warehouse area with proper stacking and housekeeping.
• Load and unload RJW trucks and trailers safely using proper procedures.
• Stage, check, and load shipments correctly.
• Store stock properly in the warehouse and move products into storage racks.
• Process outbound cross-dock freight as necessary.
• Record and verify the accuracy of shipments against paperwork for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance inspections and adhere to safety policies.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or issues with stock to the Shift Supervisor.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience required.
• 1 year of experience operating EPJs/Electric Pallet Jacks required.
• 1 year of experience operating Reach Trucks preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• General understanding of computers and handheld RF equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice-to-haves

• Warehousing certifications are a plus.
• Experience in building pallets and breaking down stock for orders.
• Experience in cross docking freight processes.
