About the position

The Cash Management Analyst position at Financial Additions is a contract-to-hire role focused on managing electronic funds transfers and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. The analyst will work closely with sales transactions and provide audit support, making it essential for candidates to have a background in finance or accounting and experience in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage electronic funds transfer (EFT) drafts.
• Ensure accuracy in drafting amounts.
• Compare EFT drafts on bank statements with vendor remittances and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Review and analyze sales transactions from multiple entities.
• Process accounting entries at the transactional level; provide insight into drafted but unrecorded transactions in the accounting system.
• Provide audit support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or economics.
• 1-2 years of experience in AR, AP, accounting, general ledger, billing, or cash posting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SAP, Power BI, or Alteryx is highly preferred.
