About the position

The Cash Management Client Success Advisor at Choice Financial Group is responsible for ensuring positive customer experiences during the onboarding process of complex cash management products. This role involves building strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors, providing training and support, and adapting to various situations to enhance customer satisfaction. The advisor will also participate in sales demos and educate new product users, all while maintaining a people-first approach.

Responsibilities

  • Build and create training modules and resources for customers and internal teams.
  • Serve as an expert on all cash management products and services, particularly complex products.
  • Partner with CM Officers on prospect meetings to provide product demos.
  • Invite customers for training on new and existing products.
  • Lead professional training sessions for new customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
  • Communicate results and document meeting notes for the CM Officer.
  • Collaborate with CM Sales and Ops Teams to ensure proper setup and customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for follow-up and additional support for customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in cash management or treasury management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of complex cash management products such as lockbox and integrated payables.
  • Ability to create marketing resources and content for training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in hosting and leading product demos both in-person and virtually.
  • Familiarity with creating educational content for product training.
