About the position

The Cash Management Services Teller Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to cash management, including deposit verification, currency and coin inventory management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring performance, and maintaining accountability and security of funds while providing excellent service to Loomis customers.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily CMS operations including deposit verification and currency/coin inventory management.
  • Implement and recommend changes to policies and procedures for accountability and security of currency and coin.
  • Assist in ensuring employee safety through training and monitoring of policies.
  • Monitor overtime and workflow to meet budget guidelines.
  • Serve as a liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank and commercial customers to resolve issues.
  • Adjust staffing needs and maintenance schedules to ensure quality service levels.
  • Complete additional responsibilities assigned by the Branch Manager and CMS Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership role background and experience.
  • 3 years previous experience managing a cash vault.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to travel occasionally for company, district, customer meetings and events.

Nice-to-haves

  • College degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Loomis systems preferred.
