About the position

The Cash Management Services Teller Supervisor at Loomis Armored US, LLC is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to cash management services. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining the security and accountability of currency and coin transactions. The position also involves liaising with financial institutions and managing workflow to meet service quality and budget guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily CMS operations including deposit verification and currency/coin inventory management.
  • Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure accountability and security of currency and coin.
  • Assist in employee safety training and monitoring of policies and procedures.
  • Monitor overtime and workflow to meet budget guidelines.
  • Serve as a liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank and commercial customers to resolve issues.
  • Adjust staffing needs and maintenance schedules to ensure quality service levels.
  • Complete additional responsibilities assigned by the Branch Manager and CMS Manager.

Requirements

  • 3 years of previous experience managing a cash vault.
  • Previous leadership role background and experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to travel occasionally for company meetings and events.

Nice-to-haves

  • College degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Loomis systems preferred.
