About the position

The Cash Operations Specialist at Brink's is responsible for supporting daily cash management efforts and collaborating with the Analytics Team to exceed customer needs. This part-time role involves monitoring operational health metrics, coordinating cash orders, reporting anomalies, and creating various reports while ensuring effective communication with third parties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational health metrics for enterprise customers
• Coordinate cash order placement with financial institutions
• Report and research cash related anomalies
• Create daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Communicate with third parties on a daily basis

Requirements

• Working knowledge in Excel is required
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Benefits
